Service Description
Happy Tails Dog Sitting provides professional in-home pet sitting services in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area. Our services include pet care, feeding, medication administration, walks, and companionship at your home while you are away.
Service Agreement
When you book our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our comprehensive Service Agreement. This agreement covers:
- Pet care responsibilities and instructions
- Emergency veterinary authorization
- Liability limitations and indemnification
- Cancellation policies
- Payment terms
- Key handling and home access procedures

Booking Process and Confirmation
To book our services:
- Complete our online booking form with your information and pet details
- Review and accept our Service Agreement
- Submit payment through our secure Stripe payment system
- Receive email confirmation once payment is processed
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is as follows:
- First dog: $40 per night (Military discount: $30 per night)
- Each additional dog: $20 per night (Military discount: $15 per night)
- Cats: $25 per night (no military discount)
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service start time to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee. For complete details, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable services, we do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Tails Dog Sitting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
